* Knowledge of data center concepts for system layout and system implementation.

* Experience supporting a 24x7 operation.
* Must possess skills necessary to troubleshoot IP network components using appropriate software 

  tools and protocol analyzers.
* General knowledge of network monitoring and network management with bandwidth analysis and 

  tuning experience is a plus.
